Rosemount Estate Hill of Gold Cabernet Sauvignon

In the glass, the Hill of Gold Cabernet Sauvignon is a lovely depth of dark purple red colour, with a tight pink rim. The aroma is packed with blackcurrant and dark chocolate, underpinned by fine cedary oak. Intensely vibrant berry fruit flavours highlight the distinctive regional/varietal characters whilst the classic firm tannin structure forms a deep and complex finish. This wine will cellar for up to five years.
